Your FireFX Electric Stove or Fireplace comes with a standard Two Year Warranty when you purchase from an authorised FireFX stockist within our Expert Retailer Network. To activate your warranty simply register your product with FireFX. Find out more about our warranty here.
Installation
It’s entirely up to you. Requiring little more than plugging into a power socket to get up and running, our electric fires are suitable for a do-it-yourself installation by a competent person or tradesperson. Alternatively if you’d prefer for everything to be taken care of, your local FireFX expert retailer can not only supply your fire, but can provide you with a professional installation as well. Find your nearest FireFX retailer here.
This will depend on the design of your media wall and is often down to personal preference, as no two installations are the same. Therefore we’d recommend consulting with your FireFX retailer or installer. However a general guide would be:
Atmos 105R: Works well with a 43” – 55” TV
Atmos 135R: Works well with a 50” – 65” TV
Atmos 165R: Works well with a 55” – 65” TV
Atmos 195R: Works well with a 65” – 75” TV
Please note: The TV sizes above refer to the standard diagonal screen dimensions that TV manufacturers refer to when describing the size of their products. If sizing your existing flat screen TV, measure diagonally from the top left of the screen to the bottom right to find the TV’s advertised size. We also recommend measuring the width and height of your TV if lining it up with the Atmos below.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Electric fires are enjoyed for the minimal maintenance they require compared to traditional wood or gas fires. However, to keep your electric fire looking and performing at its best, we recommend periodically checking and cleaning the air inlets and outlets, as well as heater elements to keep them free from dust. We have a handy video which covers cleaning and maintenance of our Atmos electric fire range which you can view here.
In the event you require spare parts for your FireFX electric stove or fire, these can be purchased online here. To help you quickly find the specific spare part and model you need, you’ll need your serial number to hand, which you can find on your appliance’s data badge. To locate the data badge for your appliance please consult the user manual for your product. For further information, you can also visit your local FireFX retailer.
