Delivery
Delivery Timescales
- Standard Delivery: In-stock orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched and up to 3 working days to be delivered.
- Express Delivery: In-stock orders are dispatched the next working day and may take up to 2 working days to be delivered.
Orders with multiple items will not be dispatched until all parts are available unless you have indicated otherwise.
If your product is not held in stock you will be advised of the estimated lead time by email once your order has been placed, if we experience any delays with your order you will receive an update via email and once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation along with tracking details. Please note that during the winter months, dispatch times may vary due to the volume of orders and issues outside of our control.
Incorrect addresses
If an incorrect address is provided by the customer there will be a £10 non-refundable correction fee. The customer will also be responsible for all costs and handling charges to re-deliver the order.
Consequential loss
Stovax Ltd’s liability to the customer for any default or breach shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods and under no circumstances will liability extend to the customer in respect of any loss or damage suffered whether direct, indirect or consequential.
Returns
To return all or part of your order, please fill out and submit the Returns Form. Should you have any questions related to a return, please contact us.
Items damaged in transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier’s delivery note as damaged. Should you have any questions related to a damaged delivery, please contact us.
Items faulty in warranty period
If any of your items develop a fault, and it is more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you may be entitled to a warranty repair/ replacement. Please visit the support section of website to submit a Warranty Claim or should you have any questions relating to a faulty item, please contact us.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and wish to return it, in line with the Consumer Rights Act (CRA) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and returned to us in the original packaging and must be ‘as new’. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the CRA, you have a further 14 days to do so, fully insured and at your own expense.
